I have a good idea for a fundraiser so tell me what you think. When Jon Lester comes to our school we should get him to sign baseballs and we could sell them. Lots of people would buy the balls, we shouldn't price them too high though, that would lose kids interest. Give me some feedback on it.

I dont think we should sell them to our school. I think we should sell them to the public because they will pay more. But those are just my thoughts.

ReplyDeleteSounds Great! I like what Aaron said too, maybe we could get him to sign enough so that we could sell like 4 to kids in our school and like 10 to the public. If they went for $15 at school and $25 for the public, we could realy make a lot! this is a terrific idea!
ReplyDeleteI just spoke to Mrs Higgins. She said we should buy 2 or 3 baseballs and have them ready to sign when Lester arrives. Then we can raffle off the baseballs and posters or shirts to students, staff and parents.

ReplyDeleteI think this is a great idea. I like Danny's idea about trying to get him to endorse the project. Since the Red Sox are already doing the Jimmy Fund thing im pretty sure they'd take this into concideration. Even if we didnt get alot of publicity we could just have a sign or something saying "endorsed by the Red Sox" at fundraisers. That would probally get more people interested. Id take that idea into serious concideration before Jon Lester comes so you guys could ask him. Good idea Danny! [:
